✅ Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The item received is not as per the approved sample, design, or specifications
  • The wrong size, color, or item was delivered
  • Products were damaged during shipping (must be reported immediately)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer (unless due to production error)
  • Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences or manual processes)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery without prior notice

🚚 Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping cost is covered by us only if the error was on our side
  • For any other reason, the buyer bears the return shipping costs

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
