- The item received is not as per the approved sample, design, or specifications
- The wrong size, color, or item was delivered
- Products were damaged during shipping (must be reported immediately)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
- Wrong size ordered by the customer (unless due to production error)
