1. 🛒 Orders & Customization

  • All orders are confirmed only after written/email approval of quotation, samples, or mockups.
  • Customization (logos, printing, embroidery, labeling) must be clearly provided in approved formats.
  • Any changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of confirmation. After production starts, changes may not be possible.

2. 💰 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in USD (or agreed currency) and may vary based on order quantity, fabric, and customization.
  • Payment terms:
    • 50% advance to begin production
    • 50% before shipment
  • We accept Bank Transfers (TT), Western Union, PayPal, and L/C (for bulk orders).
  • All bank charges must be paid by the buyer.

3. ⏱ Production & Lead Time

  • Standard production time: 15–25 working days, depending on the order size and design.
  • Lead time begins after final sample approval and advance payment confirmation.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, or sea freight, based on buyer preference.
  • Shipping cost is not included unless specified in the quotation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier service disruptions.

5. 🧾 Duties & Taxes

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

7. 🧠 Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and branding provided by the client are considered their property.
  • We do not use or share any client branding without written consent.

8. 📦 Risk & Liability

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the courier.
  • We are not liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, courier delays).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Punjab.
